Is Briar related to Vladimir? ›

Though his exact relationship with Briar is unclear, it's heavily implied that he was mainly responsible for her creation. As her creator, Briar somewhat considers Vladimir her 'dad,' though she questions whether or not to actually call him that.

Riot August, on his stream, stated that Briar is "around late college age." However, because she was created toward the end of Boram Darkwill's reign as Grand General, she was most likely created at least a decade ago. Talon isn't clear, he's described as one of the few people she considers a 'friend'.

A failed experiment by the Black Rose, Briar's uncontrollable bloodlust required a special pillory to focus her frenzied mind. After years of confinement, this living weapon broke free from her restraints and unleashed herself into the world.

“Briar is about unapologetically being yourself,” Kindlejack adds. “She's not embarrassed or afraid of her nature, but she knows she can be more. She's a character for people who want to cut loose, go all in, and have a laugh while playing a game of League.”

He is a hemomancer. A Vampire and a Hemomancer are different things. A Vampire is just an undead being who sucks blood to live longer while a Hemomancer is a being who can manipulate blood.

Romanian coven

Vladimir and Stefan used to rule the vampire world along with other Romanian vampires about 1500 years ago. The Volturi overthrew them and destroyed their castle. After the rebellion, it became apparent that Vladimir and Stefan were the only survivors of their coven.

Stefan is Vladimir's coven mate as well as one of the founders of the coven. When the Romanians were being decimated by the Volturi, he and Vladimir managed to escape their demise. After the death of Vladimir's mate, Stefan has been his only company throughout the centuries.

Based on the lore you can find on the official LoL website, Briar was created by Black Rose, a secretive cabal led by the Noxian aristocracy, as a “new kind of living weapon”. She would become an assassin that didn't require the sustenance of food and water, but it would be fully fueled by blood.
