Why won't my Skyward work? ›

Frequently asked questions. Q: What do I do if my login isn't working? A: Get in touch with your internal Skyward support team. They'll be able to reset your password or provide you with updated credentials as needed.

Account Locked

If you have received a message that your Skyward Family Access account is locked, you will need to either: Call the Help Desk at 972-350-1833, Option 1 between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm on school days. Enter a support ticket.

(You must first login on your computer to get your Skyward username and password. After you follow the Skyward Mobile Access setup instructions, you will only need the 4 digit passcode to login to the mobile app.) to enter a 4 digit security code to open the application. You are now logged in to the Skyward Mobile App.

Go to your child's school and provide a valid email address. This cannot be done via phone or email for security reasons. After your current email is entered at the school, you will receive an automatic email message from Skyward.

Skylert is the district's automated notification system that provides emergency alerts and attendance notifications via phone call, e-mail and/or SMS (text message). Parents/guardians have a great deal of control over how to receive these messages.

To set up a student to get a pass/fail grade instead of a percentage grade, click on the “grade marks” tab, highlight “pass fail,” and choose the “assign students” button to choose the student.

Visit Skyward. Click "Forgot your Login/Password?" You must have an email address already in Skyward in order for this to work. Enter your email address or user name and click "Submit." The email must match the email address you provided on the registration form.

A Member may at any time cancel and terminate their membership Account by advising an Emirates Contact Centre or via the relevant section on the Emirates App (iOS version).

There are 6 grading cycles in the year. So, you'll see Cycles 1-3 in the fall semester and 4-6 in the spring semester. To find class rank and GPA, simply click on the “GPA/Class Rank” tab. You will get a pop up window that will display the information you're looking for.

How do I log out of Skyward? ›

Logging Out

1. Click Home 2. Click Exit button (top right) Best Practice – DON'T CLOSE window by clicking X (close box) at top right.

All children over 2 years old and younger than 12 years old are required to have purchased seat of 75% of the adult fare + taxes and must be accompanied by an adult. If you are planning on having your child travel alone‚ please learn about Skyward Express unaccompanied minor policies.

To make changes pertaining to your phone number, name, or race, click on the Request Changes button under the Employee Info section. Make the necessary changes in the pop up screen. Click the Save button.

We will send an email directly to your login email address with a link to unlock your account: By clicking on the link in that email, you can unlock your account. If you do not receive the email or don't have access to the login email address, the lock will expire in approximately one hour.

Upon completion of integration, administrators will be able to establish a connection between Skyward and Google Classroom for their domain, then configure sync settings for teachers.

Check next to your name. Do you see a circle with an exclamation mark in it? If so, you have a message notification. Click on the Circle to retrieve your messages.
