When Christian Pulisic celebrated his goal in the third minute by pointing to the stands, we wondered who exactly he was pointing to.

Fox's Jenny Taft brought us the answer in the second half, saying that the US captain was pointing to the team's set-piece coach Gianni Vio, saying “where’s Gianni, where’s Gianni?”

It does feel like the USMNT deserved more, but the final expected goals figures on this one will be in line with the score, 2.4 to 0.2.

Sure, they are facing are a pretty limited team, but Gregg Berhalter's men have been intense and dynamic, constantly yanking the Bolivian defence this way and that. The 2-0 scoreline flatters the South Americans.
